Positively the best!  Just darling and so many techniques.  Is the filigree done with a stamp and is the little painted rose heart a royal icing transfer?

What a beautiful compliment!! Thank you so much!! You observed my cookie with great attention. Yes, the filigree is a stamp. The little rose is hand-painted on a royal icing heart transfer.
