In this week's video, I give my simple 3-D snow globe cookies (from my book Ultimate Cookies) more dimension by outfitting them with fully contoured cookie sides! Plus, these snow globes even have a suspended edible picture inside!

In this first part of this two-part video series, I focus on how to decorate the outsides with frosting sheets and royal icing transfers (or alternatively how to stencil them with frosting sheets). Stay tuned for Part 2 where I tackle the insides and final assembly. (To see this video in high resolution with linked annotations, click here and view on YouTube.)

P.S. For more gingerbread videos, see my recent video collaboration with fellow YouTube friends.

P.P.P.S. NEWS FLASH! My channel is one of a few selected by YouTube to beta-test a new fan funding feature!
