Another 3-D cookie project, just in time to ring in the New Year! The cookies in this video are supposed to resemble those festive foil-wrapped party crackers filled with treats - you know what I mean? I've even stuffed these with candy and New Year's messages to make them all the more authentic! Happy 2015!
