Again, not cookies but some related decorating techniques . . .

 

In this video, I pick up where I left off in Cast Sugar 101 (Part 1) by showing you how to take various cast sugar pieces and transform them into keepsake containers with a little fondant and royal icing. I use these containers as favors and hostess gifts, and as larger supports in cakes. But get creative - the possibilities are truly limitless. (NOTE: Cast sugar dries quite hard, so these pieces - though theoretically completely edible - are primarily decorative.)

The bottles look so difficult but once explained they become easy to do.  Loved the details in this video, and I always look forward to more.  I love all of your deigns.  Thanks Julia!
