You make it look so simple!

They actually really are!

Actually you are so talented it is easy for you.  I don't have your natural skill so I struggle.  Even with struggling I want to try your teaspoons.

Well, thanks, though I have a feeling if you give it a shot, you will find it pretty easy. Just let me know if you have any questions along the way!

Julia,

As always, fascinating and beautiful.

I know that you know what's coming next, but I can't figure what else is left!

My next few videos are going to focus on chocolate (mostly because of expediency; they are faster videos to make), but I have a few more 3-D cookies up my sleeve for later!

Julia try connecting them with chocolate rather than icing.  They will dry faster.

Sorry, what will dry faster? My cookies? I'm sure chocolate would set faster, but my cookie videos are still longer to make for a whole host of reasons - the number of parts and the time it takes to ensure everything fits are two biggies!

I meant when you connected the pieces of cookies.  Chocolate will set faster to fuse them together.

Oh, I see what you're saying - but my video production prep time isn't really a function of icing setting time (I always make projects to various stages of completion when I shoot, so I have no waiting time for icing to dry). The long prep time is a function of how long it takes me to design and make these cookies for the very first time for the shoot. My chocolate projects, for whatever reason, are much easier for me to conceive of and design.
