Koi fish romance in gingerbread frame,with  waterbubbles full of oxygen,also waferpaper used to create leaves and waterlilly flower,orange fish is from sugarpaste and black one and pure water,and bubbles -isomalt

Hi Petra, this is such a beautiful piece of art, I love all the elements and am in awe of the many different techniques you've used.  Is the frame made of cookie dough and did you paint directly onto the bare dough?  Thanks!

@Dezi yes exactly I brushed the baked gingerbread frame, thank you very much for such a lovely comment ❤️

ANOTHER wonderful entry. It was great to see the photo of the cookie with the back-lighting. It really helps me to see how the cookie was constructed. The only thing that could have possibly made this better is if the isomalt were colored. Well done!
