Thanks Kristi. I need to hand cut more often because I probably would use these cutters only a few times. For some reason I always think I need the cutter. I'll start saving my plastic lids...great idea.

Thank you, and of course you can ask!  Although the answer may not make you happy  I hand cut the lego man and lego head.  However, it was super easy because I used these ready-made templates from Sweet Sugarbelle and Knitty Bitties - I just scaled them to the size I wanted, printed them on card-stock, cut them out, and traced around them with a paring knife before baking.  Nothing to it!

I added these to the 3D cookies set, because the two 6-dot legos in the lower left corner are actually three cookies tall with a cutout in the middle that contains mini M&M's - HUGE hit for a kids party.  Just make sure the birthday boy gets one
