Belle - This is lovely. Question though: Is this one cookie? For an entry to qualify, at least one cookie must have 4 of our listed techniques on it; it's not enough for the entire set to use 4 or more techniques. Can you please clarify which of the cookies, if they are separate, has which 4 techniques. Thanks.

Julia, whilst this is 4 separate cookies, in speaking with Christine last night I realise that it doesn't meet the strict criteria. Unfortunately I will have to remove them as an entry. Sorry and Thanks anyway!
