Wet on wet?  Piped on dry cookie too?  Several techniques?  The cookie is well executed!  I have a mask cutter and unsure of what to do with it.  It is a large cutter but not as pretty as your cutter.  I have to look at it again.  It just sits there, unused.  Bravo to your achievement!

Oh, you did a very good job on hand cutting the mask.  I am leery of hand cutting other than a round or square.  I should give it a go though.
