Hi, very clever idea! Can you explain how you created the neon effect - i.e., was it primarily by adding white around the piped lines on top, and how was that white added (painted on wet? dusted with dry powdered coloring? other?) Thanks in advance!

First, I piped the lines and let it dry.

Then I dusted with dry luster powder around the piped lines

(I changed the color of the powder depend on the color of the lines ; yellow=gold luster   pink=peach luster  white = perl luster....)
