These are absolutely beautiful! I love the colors and the intricate details! A question...how did you create your gold icing? It looks piped (versus brushed or painted) and is simply perfect!

This is an absolutely gorgeous set of cookies.  Your deep, rich colors and intricate patterns compliment each other so well. I really adore your botanical theme.Your flooded circles are very symmetric - much more so than the baked cookies themselves!  It was very smart to use the original circle cutter as a guide, especially when your circles do not bake us quite perfectly.  I am so glad you got this set of cookies entered just under the wire - they are an excellent addition to the challenge!

Before outlining and flooding  my cookies,I trace the original cutter image onto it.    This helps me in guiding my icing and have the circle not look wobbly or off .
