Thank you so much Jane, my icing is made with pasteurized egg whites (totally safe) and I immediately set in front of a fan with a little heat ( $9.95 at Wal-Mart ) My icing recipe is on my Facebook cookies page Teri pringle wood under photo's recipe albums. 馃挅馃榾馃挅
