http://RuntoHear.org is a charity started by several deaf teen-agers 4 years ago.  Tomorrow is their 3rd annual Run to Hear 5k.  My son, and his deaf friends, who all hear with cochlear implants (hence the cochlear swirl behind the running ears) have raised thousands of dollars to help other deaf and hard of hearing children obtain cochlear implants and assistive hearing equipment through their (and their parents) hard work.  This year, as a thank you to all of the families, I baked and minimally decorated, 150 logo cookies for them to have after the race.  Wafer papers were created by CookiePixie on Etsy who worked with me to ensure I could make the most number of cookies with the least effort!  She's wonderful!  Wish us luck in tomorrow's big event - it's the largest crowd we've ever had pre-register.  Woo hoo!!!
