When I saw @Manu biscotti decorati 's tutorial, I decided to apply her felt technique in my set of Valentine's Day cookies and chose sewing as the theme.  I also used @Evelindecora 's crochet piping I learned for a PBP challenge last year. These techniques added different textures and  I'm happy with the result! Thank you Manu, Evelin and Cookie Connection💗

Noriko @mintlemonade (cookie crumbs), thank you so much for the mention.

Your cookies are stunning as always. I love the felt look near @Evelindecora’s signature crochet technique.

Moreover your set, in my opinion, shows the truly meaning of “Make a Connection” and being member of this amazing cookie community created by @Julia M. Usher. Cookiers from all over the world get in contact here, learn, share and get inspired to create beautiful things.

I too love to see how everyone learns from one another, and how a certain technique in the hands of one can take on a very different look and feeling in the hands of another. Gorgeous work, @mintlemonade (cookie crumbs)!

Thank you so much for the mention!!!! I absolutely love how @Manu biscotti decorati’s technique matches so beautifully nearby my crochet effect. I agree with her when she says this is the typical example of a great cookie connection in Cookie Connection. This set anyhow would not be as amazing at is without your delicate and personal @mintlemonade (cookie crumbs) touch. I love it! 💗

Thank you so much for saying that, it's very important for me to make something "me" even if I borrow others' ideas and techniques.  Yes Manu's felt and your crochet go along very well and I think they gave the set some kind of autumn/winter feel, or warmth.
