We were asked by lovely @roosbakt and @moonduststencils to cookify our favourite book or story.
๐Ÿ
Iโ€™ve chosen story of Shahmaran who is a mythical creature, half woman half snake, found with different variations of the folklore of Anatolia, Iran and Iraq.
๐Ÿ
She is considered to be the queen of the serpents who knew many secrets of the history of mankind, had eternal life and deep wisdom.
๐Ÿ
Many versions of the story of Shahmaran are found in fictional books including the J.C. Mardrus translation of Arabian Night Tales as the story of โ€œJemlia-The Sultan of Undergroundโ€.
๐Ÿ
If you would like to read the all story, there is a good version here โžก๏ธ http://anatolianstories.blogsp...nd-mythical.html?m=1
