Hi, you put these cookies in the category that says they have no fondant OR royal icing on them, but since they are completely covered, they must be covered with something and probably shouldn't be in that clip set. What medium was used here - it looks like royal icing, but hard to tell from the photo? Asking to clarify your clip sets and tags. Thanks.

Hi!

This is a vanilla cookie dusted with cocoa on top. It's scratching before baking.
The initials are written in royal icing.

At the bottom of the cookie, I spread a thin layer of royal icing with spatula. There, I wrote with edible marker.

The cookie must be cold. So you can scrape the surface part and you can make deep furrows.
If you removed demasido cocoa to be re-dusting in areas that need dark.


You note that when baking cocoa takes on a darker tone and it adheres well to the cookie.
