My most popular cookies are inspired by the wonderful and rich Hungarian folk art treasure. These designs are cheerful and elegant. You can make them colorful or all white. The flowers can be combined with the lace beautifully. In this class, we will learn to pipe the different flowers and create a few cookies combining the flowers with eyelet and/or lace.
The workshop starts with formal instruction. After lunch (provided), we will have guided practice where you can practice the techniques just learned. I will be there to give you ideas and tips and help you when needed.
