Wow...just found this site!  Just opening my Cottage Home baking business and really excited about the Cookie Community and the exquisite cookies out there!  Very motivating!  Been a "baker" for years, but always wanted to do it full time.  Had I known there was a profession as a pastry chef when I was young, I probably would have followed that path!  But it's never too late, so here I go!
