I got bit by the "cookie bug" a few of years ago & took the plunge" in July of 2014 by getting my business license. Up until October of 2015, I was baking out of commercial kitchens and sold most of my cookies through events & shows. I quit my "day job" as a nurse in May of 2015 to focus on my cookie & cupcake business and now own a sandwich & bake shop with my husband.
