I have been a professional Pastry Chef for over 29 years and I love everything about my career!! I owned my first business from 2003 - 2010 and made fine desserts and wedding cakes! But one of my passions that I have always wanted to delve into further is the art of the couture cookie!! I am currently in the process of opening a second business that will focus on high end cakes and cookies.........along with petits fours, macaroons and cake pops/favors!!
