I'm not sure I understand, but you can still translate the entire site just by clicking on the Google Translate button on the home page or at the bottom of every page. Nothing has changed with that.

It could also be related to your browser. Most browsers will provide translation functions theses days, but perhaps you recently changed to one which does not.
