I didn't take any online classes when I started, because I started at a time (long ago) when online classes did not exist!! 😂 In addition to actual classes, you might consider free YouTube videos. Not to be too self-serving, but I have lots of free cookie videos on my YouTube channel (ww.youtube.com/JuliaMUsher). SweetAmbs has a tremendous YouTube channel focused in cookie decorating too.
