Loved it! I saw her posts of cookies. They are remarkable, unique! Rebecca is always a joy to see too.

Basically, it's a stop motion animation. Many different cookie parts are made in different positions; then a load of still images are taken of the gingerbread in those various positions; the still images are then strung together and sped up to create the video. It's a lot of work - this is how the simple stop motions were done at the start of my videos, though Michele's is much more involved/sophisticated than mine.
