One possible way is to post in your social media channels that you're planning a "chat" on this site on XYZ date and time, about ABC. (But do clear it with me first, because it would be very confusing to have two chats running at the same time.) And to encourage people to join then by sending the link to that page. You can also post an announcement in this site's forums. Note: that chat area is not moderated, meaning that comments will post immediately as soon as someone leaves one, so it will be up to the organizer to manage the conversation flow real-time, if needed. Also, to participate (comment), one has to be a Cookie Connection member, but the sign-up process is pretty easy and free, and can be done by clicking on the right hand link on the home page.
