What's the minimum wage requirement in your area/state? You should know that; then I'd survey bakers (or similar food-related businesses) in your area to see what they're paying for labor of this skill level (it's hopefully more than minimum wage). You'd want to be competitive, I would think, with what others in your area are paying for this type of person.
