Reply to "Order of Flooding and Outlining???"

Just a thought...if you flood around the black piped lines (if you do the image first) you might experience bleeding around the image...I personally would either just pipe the snoopy directly onto the cookie OR flood the entire cookie and pipe him on top of the flood (like somone else mentioned for a 3-d effect).
