I would like to know how to do the effect on the planets and asteroid in this picture. https://www.etsy.com/listing/1...cl_fave_listing_page

The effect has random deliberate craters in it and the royal icing is somehow cut off horizontally without damage. So cool!

I have never used a forum and am not sure how to find any responses, but I've wanted to know how to do that for years!
