I use the latter two things for my one-on-one mentoring sessions, Zoom calls, etc. I've used the bigger mount for live videos and increasingly for my own video shoots. They assemble easily and are quite sturdy too (so no fear of things falling off or tipping over mid-shoot).

18x7x7 doesn’t sound small to me. I have so much cookie stuff I’m running out of space.
