I keep wondering if I could duplicate the process and put a package of cookies in my mailbox for the day. I individually bag my cookies and heat seal the bag. Would being in an airtight situation cause a problem.
I think it could be a problem. If any moisture is in the cookie (or it's also really humid), the cookie bag could act like a little sauna and steam the cookie. But I'd love to hear the results of your test under different heat and humidity levels! Let us know!
My husband putting it in the car all day. I have some cookies that will not be eaten. I'll package them and see what happens.
