There are definitely food kitchens to rent in my market, and I'm sure there are in yours too, though finding one may take some sleuthing and local research. Churches often have approved commercial kitchens that are underutilized, so that is one place to start. When I first started, I rented part of another caterer's kitchen (a corner, a refrigerator and an oven) and that worked well for about six months. It had some drawbacks - like savory product sometimes fouling up my storage space - but it was a cost effective way to start.
