Reply to "Waves in Icing"

This is the second time that it happened to me!!. I live in Florida and the weather is starting to change. I had the A/C during the night and the cookies inside an airtight container, so no chance for heating air, but I moved them from one place to another too soon. I also used a parchment cone to work with, i think i cut the end too big. It's curious but half of my cookies dried pretty well.
