Whoa, it's been a long while since I've done a traditional Saturday Spotlight. Though I must say, it feels good to be getting back into some semblance of routine here on Cookie Connection, seeing as the coronavirus has managed to upend order just about everywhere else . . .
But . . . a little disorder is surely the least of our worries. I sincerely hope that you and your family and friends are staying healthy and safe - which IS the top priority of the day! I also hope that you've found ways to celebrate Passover and Easter with your loved ones. Virtual Easter egg hunts? Zoom seders? Holiday happy hours on WhatsApp? Admiring Easter cookies here on Cookie Connection? While none of these things can likely replace the warmth of a big old bear hug from a dear friend or relative, they are all good ways to maintain a solid sense of connection in these uncertain times.
I fear I'm sounding a bit too much like a worried mother hen, and who needs two worried mothers? So . . . how about those Easter cookies on Cookie Connection?! (Note the subtle change of topic!
