This was a challenge inside the challenge for me!

I tried to do a 1:12 scale miniature cookie with royal icing food on it, every food is twelve times smaller than real food.

In these pictures you can see the difference between one of my previous miniature cookies and this new one.

MEDIUMS: cookie dough - royal icing - wafer paper - piping gel

SOLID FOODS: Bundt cake - eggs - apples - croissant - flour

LIQUID FOODS: egg whites - blueberry jam

*Bundt cake: I molded cocoa cookie dough in a chocolate mold than baked.

*Chopping board, cake stand, base cookie are all made of cookie dough.

*Eggs wihites and jam are made of clear piping gel.

*Bowls, knife, eggs, yolks, croissant and apples are all piped royal icing.

*Pink table-cloth is made of wafer paper.

In these pictures you can see how I made half apples: I piped royal icing drops then handpainted them to give a look as more similar as real ones. Bigger drops are useful for bowls. Yolks are very small icing drops too.

I absolutely agree with you Heather! This challenge has incredible entries, all of them are stunning.

Thank you very much for your comment, have a lovely day ❤️

That is one small cookie, which makes the details all the more impressive! I never would have thought that those apples were only piped dots, but now I see how a little paint - masterfully applied - can create this. The details of the jam, the croissant, the eggs, the knife, and how everything is presented, is super impressive.

I am glad you like it Christine! You know how much fun I have in doing these mini cookies, such a joy taking part at this beautiful Challenge!!!

Wow Evelin, your cookies are getting smaller and smaller.  How could you make them so precisely and neatly?   😍🤩 Clear piping gel! I see.

Thank you dear Ryoko, piping gel lasts for only few days/weeks then gets dry but it is easier to use than isomalt! So happy you like my work ❤️❤️❤️
