I bring cakes or cookies to nearly every event and am a perfectionist when it comes to presentation & taste.  My pride & joy was completing the challenge of making decorated cookies for my daughter in-law's wedding shower & using royal icing for the first time - I loved it.  There were Wedding Rings that said I DO in the center with bows, Wedding Dress & Wedding Cake Cookies.  I was scared to death, but they did turn out beautifully. I'm a very excited student & am so happy I stumbled across Cookie Connection!!!  I'm starting a baking business utilizing a commercial kitchen, so I'm in pursuit of bulk clients...banquets, local specialty restaurants, etc. to carry my creations.
