I read your blog with great enthusiasm.  I dont do as much cake decorating as I like and thought that decorated cookies would be a far better way to practice my skills.  I have a City and Guilds certificate in Royal Icing Techniques so I should be well on my way.  I have perfected my cookie recipe and now need to start practicing.  Your site has given me inspiration as I would love to have my own cookie business.  There now just seems loads of people at it and I am now not sure if there is room for me.  Keep the inspiration coming..
