Reply to "How to Make White Stay White?"

I sometimes like the color with the addition of white coloring but find that it does take longer for them to dry, they seem tackier. I use Cream of Tartar in my icing recipe but I also think it helps to put colors more likely to bleed into each other in the dehydrator immediately to expedite the drying.
