Thanks, Carol. I'm still reeling . . . it's completely devastating, to be honest. Unfortunately, cookies may seem big to us, but they are much smaller than cakes and many other food categories that Food Network covers.
They obviously don’t know about CookieCon

They actually do. They know a lot about the industry, as I spent many months working with them - sharing not only my event, but a lot about the industry in general.
