As you hopefully knew, my namesake cookie art competition, Julia M. Usher’s Cookie Art Competition™, was scheduled to take place in February 2021 at That Takes the Cake Show in Austin. Unfortunately, due to ongoing COVID concerns, the show organizers canceled this in-person format last week. I am currently in discussions with the show organizers about whether and/or how to take the competition online in 2021. We hope to have more information about this new virtual possibility in September, so stay tuned!
