Hi, I believe many of the airbrushes commonly used by cookiers (Duff, Pegasus, ABCS) are in fact the same machine, just branded differently (see Mike's comment above; he knows a lot about airbrushes). People's overall experience with these machines (at least according to the poll above) has been very good. So they may be a good place to start. I can't comment much on the trigger question, but I feel I have a lot of control with the one on my ABCS machine.
