I would like be to submit a banner/backdrop , but I don't think I have access as I do not see 'site submissions ' under post or clips?

Great! When you post the clip, the option to select clip sets will appear on the right of the page. The clip sets are listed alphabetically so just scroll on down and select "Site Submissions"; it's definitely there (see screen shot below)! Looking forward to seeing what you submit.
