Reply to "Top of My Cookies Flake and Bubble"

I've recently had this happen on several batches, but not every cookie in each batch, so I'm confused. For me it's happening ONLY on first roll. I use Sugar Cookie 2.0 recipe (lilaloa) which has no powdered sugar. First one I thought was a fluke but now I'm wondering...
