Mardi Gras Cookies

I made this for Mardi Gras Cookie Collaboration hosted by Bonte Cookies.

We don't have Mardi Gras celebration in Japan and I didn't know about it except Sydney Mardi Gras, so this was a good opportunity to learn about it.
