This is my latest cookie for the food distribution and I’m quite pleased with how it turned out.  The three pumpkins are separate royal icing transfers, which have been airbrushed and shaded by hand. I made 130 cookies in total but the assembly was a breeze thanks to those transfers.  It’s been a while since I had something turn out as I intended.  I don’t even mind the cracking of the gingerbread on this particular cookie.  It gives it a more rustic feel.
