Spring Botanical Series: Dogwood Cookie

NEW COOKIE VIDEO! Here’s to maintaining some beauty in our lives at this very difficult time . . . Next up in my botanical series: dogwood, my favorite springtime flowering tree! This cookie is a deep dive into my latest fascination - contoured royal icing transfers - insofar as EVERY petal, leaf, branch, and bud is individually piped (or modeled) with royal icing and then shaped, dried, and airbrushed before being transferred to an iced cookie. A labor of love, for sure, but the end results are so satisfying. I hope you give it a try. But, above all, please stay home and stay safe!
