I used "kohakutou" as crystals.  I found some recipes in English on the internet so some of you already know this, but Kohakutou is a traditional Japanese sweet made of sugar and kanten (something like agar). It's dried and crystalized jelly, so it's crunchy outside and soft inside (not chewy at all).

So, so beautiful @mintlemonade (cookie crumbs)!! The succulents came out perfectly, especially with the white/ivory background. The overlapping hexagon shape is a great idea, especially on a round cookie. It's an unexpected shape. It really works well!! As always, your cookies are gorgegous and your colors just perfect ❤️
