I have a question if someone can help me. I have purchased a dehydrator, and I would like to know at what temperature I should set it, and for how long to leave my cookies in it. My dehydrator is in Celsius not Fahrenheit. I'm looking forward to using it.

I put it on the lowest setting.  I run for half hour and let it set for a while.  You don't want to overheat the cookies.  Actually I stopped using mine because my cookies kept bleeding.

I usually set mine at about 95F (35C) and leave them in for no longer than 10-15 minutes (time depends on the cookie size, depth of icing, etc.) just until the outer shell of the icing has set. I don't dry the icing fully (all the way through) in the dehydrator, as I am only trying to minimize craters and to set the icing with a sheen, and both of these things can usually be accomplished in a short time in the dehydrator.

You definitely don't want to set the temp too high or leave them in too long, as @Econlady has said, as I have also found that small areas of icing can easily over-expand due to the heat and crack, or other weird discoloration issues can later reveal themselves.
