Hello, everyone !

I just love this website!  I somehow caught this cookie decorating bug when a lady brought 2 dozen of the prettiest cookies to my daughters bridal shower last July.  I have baked and decorated a few dozen but want to do so much more! My skills are not the best . . . Yet! I have put up a shelving area all dedicated to storing my cookie making supplies.  And I am constantly on the search for unique cookie cutters lol. In my other life, I am married and live on a farm and we grow grapes among other things. I have about 50 hens and sell eggs and am currently building a new chicken house. I drive tractor, rake hay, mow, and use power tools. You would think I could master the parchment cone! That is next on my list. I am also a RN and occasionally work a day for the college when they need me.

That about sums me up. I am looking forward to meeting and making new friends here and learning a lot!

Have a great day!

Brigitte

Hi, Brigitte! So great to learn more about you! We too have a farm (in Perryville, Missouri) where we raise chickens, cows, and now goats. I wonder if it is near you? I'm not too involved with it (it is two hours from our home), and certainly don't rake hay or wield power tools as you do, but I definitely appreciate the hard work required to keep a farm going. So nice to have you on Cookie Connection, and I look forward to seeing more of your cookies!
