From the perspective of a bird in the tree, I painted the far off setting and then the close up details a bird would have in the tree adding the fondant birds, pine cones, acorns and the rice paper painted leaves. The two painted leaves on the bottom were to further the depth illusion. Thanks for the great challange!

Thank you so much, Kanch.  I am in awe of God's creation, and love to imagine it from different angles. xoxo

Gorgeous Kim @Kim Damon!! I love the birds in the foreground. They're both so realistic. The pinecones are spot on! Beautiful work as always ❤️

You are very kind, Carol. Thank you

Ooh, so many great entries from you, Kim, but I think these birds are my faves!

@JULIA M. USHER your work always sparkles with perfection. I am humbled by your kind regard. So glad you like them.

Oooooh I like how you did an array of cookies to add perspective - the addition of those two large leaf cookies is so clever! The water & sea backgrounds are really lovely and give a great sense of distance. The fondant birds, acorns and pinecones do a great job of creating a middle area for your perspective. Really a great addition to the challenge, Kim!
