First of all, thank you very much for the many helpful links, dear Christine. I've never worked with gumpaste before, but the subject really appealed to me!
First of all, I started to design molds for embossing leaves and flowers. When I was done with it, it was unfortunately very hot and humid here in Germany ... So that my flowers were better hard at the temperatures, I made them smaller. With the homemade gumpaste, the flowers lasted! What luck!!! The fondant, however, slowly melted ... I even mixed cellulose gum into the fondant. It didn't get much better. I was glad I got pictures. What is unfortunately completely missing this time are pictures of the manufacturing process. So sorry !! I am of course happy to provide information if you have any questions!
That much should be said, I fell in love with the Gumpaste roses !!! I've done most of them.
The cookies are made from chocolate honey dough.

Flower types:
Petunias, roses, carnations
Media:
Carnations flowers and leaves and the leaves of the white rose are made from fondant
Roses, petunias and the remaining leaves I made from gumpaste

My inspiration was really the roses! As a teenager, I had already made roses out of polymer clay. However, completely different as shown in the videos! Back then I worked from the outside in. It didn't look too real either ... But it was worth it, I'm in "rose fever" ... !!!

Here my "designed" molds:molds

WOW Gabi!!! These are incredible works of art my dear ❤️ @Icingsugarkeks. I love the colors, especially the lavender . I absolutely love your molds!! You are so incredibly creative my dear. I've combined fondant with gumpaste and/or CMC powder. Although the directions say that you don't need to add much of the powder or gumpaste to accomplish the hardness with drying, I'm not so sure I put enough into the fondant that I used for my flowers.

As I've never been drawn to using just gumpaste because of how hard everything dries, it makes a LOT of sense for you to use it given your humid climate!! It's very hot and dry here so humidity doesn't pose the same challenges you have.

Such a great variety of flowers, too my dear!! Thanks for your detailed description of your work and the pictures of your molds. Love everything so much my dear friend ❤️❤️❤️

Dear Gabi, what a wonderful presentation! I love each one of your beautiful flowers. The roses are stunning and the simplicity of the petunias a captivating. I’m so glad you were able to take a good picture of your carnations before they collapsed.
Congratulations dear friend, you nailed it!♥️

Gabi!   I love this!  I think the petunias and carnations are my favorite.  Beautiful colors and details.  And all of the steps of your process were fascinating! Excellent.  Great job my friend. ❤️😘

Oh my cookie friend Heather, thank you very, very much as always for your lovely comment! I am happy and I appreciate that you like my flowers. Yes, Heather, the carnations had a particularly hard time in the heat ... Many Thanks again! @Heather Bruce Sosa ❤️❤️❤️

Oh Lisa, Thank you so very much!! ❤️😘 I am very happy that you like it! Thanks! @LisaF

Your flowers ended up looking fantastic despite the warm weather hindrances. All of your flowers are beautifully shaped and textured (nice work designing your molds). And arranging them in a garden setting is a very creative idea. I also like how your flowers are in different stages of bloom. That ladybug must be quite content - especially next to the roses.

Awww... such a sweet comment! Many Thanks dear Christine. ❤️😘
The ladybug simply "had to" be. 🐞 These are the tiny details that I so love ... @Sweet Prodigy  The roses are quite small, so they held up. And I also worked with cornstarch, so that the flowers then set faster. Some of them are slightly "frayed" as a result, but this resulted in a more natural look. I was then quite satisfied.

Such a lovely flower set up. All the flowers are so pretty, dear Gabi. @Icingsugarkeks. Love the carnations and white petunia so much. 💜💖💛🤍💐

Kanchana, Thank you so very much for your lovely comment!! Glad you like the carnations and the white petunia my dear cookie friend! ❤️😘❤️ @Kanch J

Gabi, I never and ever think about making carnations, that must be a really a lot of work to do💕

Oh no, Ryoko, since they look pretty "frayed", you can't go wrong ... My carnations were made of fondant and melted away in the warmth ...   @Ryoko ~Cookie Ave.
