This dog is actually called Papillon (it means butterfly)  that came out cuter than I expected.   The cat is Siamese cat, of which sketch is cuter than my cookie.  Pelican, this is the first time for me to learn that the eyes are yellow!  I made the fish a little shiny.

Continuously I am learning how to paint cookies and how to use royal icing on cookies, that are very difficult.

Ryoko, these are all so fantastic! The pelican and fish are awesome, and that cat has a real cute expression on her face, but that papillon!!!

Sonja, thank you, thank you, Thank you!!  I really did not want to post mine after I saw your superb cookies  .   Once I started, the cat face looked something wrong to me and I painted more and it got more black.

Oh, my, Ryoko! That cat is purrrrfect!!! She looks so mysteriously into the world with those gorgeous bright blue eyes surrounded by dark fur. You did a wonderful job on your cookies - so imaginative - as you always do. I absolutely love your work! Your cookies are always little artworks, a feast for the eyes, and these are no different! I'm very happy that you posted them for us to admire and enjoy!

All I can say is, "Wow, these look amazing!"

Oh Christine, the whiskers are not straight!  Well, they do not need to be straight-straight but still I am not good at lines.  p.s.  I am going to save black icing.

I didn't even notice the whiskers. I was too busy looking at all of the other perfect features. p.s. black is definitely a colour to save!

Such ingenuity Ryoko!! I absolutely love each of your cookies and would never have thought that a butterfly shape would make such a perfect stork . These are awesome ♥♥

Hi Carol, thank you~~

I love your spin on this challenge - taking one insect and transforming it into 3 different animals!  The details of these are just amazing, and the texture on that little doggie is fabulous.  Well done!
